Addressing not avoidance is the solution

I have been reading 'The Subtle Art of not giving a F**k' by Mark Manson for the past three days. I completed it today. This book is not just about how to prioritize things in Life but a lot more. It made me think about a lot of things. Although I still haven't got it all figured out but a few things in the book were in a way liberating. You may not agree with all the concepts of the book but it definitely is a good read. One thing I learnt from it was whatever happens to us is not always our fault but how we interpret and respond to the different situations and circumstances in our life is a choice we make and is definitely our responsibility. The past semester had been quite unsatisfying and unproductive in so many ways despite the little I achieved. I knew I was not giving my 100 percent. Happiness Program, Art of Living

I had heard a lot about it but whenever I was asked if I would like to join the course I would refuse but this time a doctor from his own experience suggested me to join the course and learn Sudarshan Kriya. Since, it were my holidays and I had a lot of free time I finally decided to attend the Happiness program this time when I got the chance. There are a lot of things I learnt in the last four days but I felt there are so many things we know, we do apply them for a short while but do not make them a habit and I believe that consistency is the hardest part. I don't intend to implement everything I learnt in a day, week or a month but rather slowly and steadily. I am just committed to only one thing for now to continue Sudharshan Kriya. There have been a few people who have told me about their own experience. They have felt a lot of change in their lives, in their healths, workplace and in their relationships too just because of this one practice. But consistency is the key. They
